Added information about your Real Estate Note. IE. Explain why you are selling this note. This property was fraudulently conveyed last year, when I sought under my rights as a note holder in 2nd position to purchase it. Have gone through time and legal fees and no longer have the ability to pursue this matter. All of th trustees errors are documented and can be proven. My note remians tied to the property, as it was properly recorded. Property conveyed in name of deceased by first lienholder. Deceased was not proper title holder at the time. This note can be foreclosed upon and assumption of the property by right can be obtained as well. Should an investor want to pursue the entire asset for it's value. I have all notes and information.
