Mr. Volkov, when I sold the business, Suzuki required that my buyers provide them a letter of credit for a little over 200k besides the banks down payment requirement on the commercial real estate. In order to facilitate the sale I agreed to hold a note for 325k as long as I had a 2nd lien on the real estate. Carol Dugan has all the docs and I can ask her to fax them to you. |
