My partner and I both lost our jobs over the last 3 months. We've been pursuing employment, but have had no luck yet and cash has run out. We can dramatically lower our cost of living if I can just get an advance on this inheritance. The trust's real estate has been sold (remaining 90% of the auctioned price due at the end of April). The executor expects final distribution during June (1/72 of about $1.1 million). The process began in Sept. 2008 and I've already received 1/72 of the $100k in cash that was part of the trust. I'm writing to you because I've been to many of the "inheritance advance" websites and get a bad feeling. They seem an awful lot like sharks, and I'm just bait fish. I'm particularly skittish of the equal treatment of all cases - 30% fee claimed, even though (in my case) there is every expectation that the distribution will be made, and within only 2 months. The article of yours I found online seemed the most honest, straightforward and helpful of any I had found. I didn't realize you were also willing to offer this service yourself until I went to your website. P.S. I did not understand the web form question "What is the regular payment amount", so I put $14000 since I could not submit without an answer. |
