I am the annuitant of a structured settlement that was settled in 1983 due to a personal injury. I am looking to cash out some partial payments that are due to me. Here is my payment stream:January 1, 2012 - $45,000.00 January 1, 2017 - $52,500.00 January 1, 2022 - $60,000.00 and January 1, 2027 $67,500.00. Payments come from Aurora Life Assurance Company. Contract owner of the policy is Insurance Company of the West. I have a benefits letter and other documentation from both Insurance Company of the West and Aurora Life Assurance Company outlining the payment streams. Should you like to see some of the documents that I just mentioned I would be glad to send them to you. Looking to get about 20,000. to 25,000.00. Here is what I really want - I want to find someone who for $35,000.00 NOW would get back their monies in less that 3 years and also make $ 10,000.00 in interest on the upfront monies.
