Added information about your Real Estate Note. IE. Explain why you are selling this note. This is a second TD, following a first TD of 2.6 million on a almost completed home in the prestegious neighborhood of Lanakai Hills on Oaho. I have an unexpected short sale on one of my units it will go through easier if I pay down the note. I don't need to sell, but I'm willing for someone to take over my position on the note for an incredible 16% interest on a AAA property with 180 degree view of HA ocean. We have s second HA $5.9 Million Oceanfront property as collateral as well, along with borrowers stock in a company on a borrower with good credit and they personally signed. You would short fund the remaining 4.5 month (depending on when you fund) of the prepay and months 7-12 are already siting in reserve for disbursement. The LTV may drop to 58% LTV when an expected trust fund distribution pays down the note scheduled in Sept. If they don't perform with the paydown, they are in default, as per the note.
