I really just dont want to deal with this property anymore. I did an owner will carry in order to get the deal closed and lender decided at last minutate to change guidelines. When deal changed during the week of closing on my buyer, I decided this was perfect to get my money out of property and walk from it. My husband was diagnosed with cancer recently and therefore I am working towards liquidating all of our properties. |
