Explain why you are selling this note. this note is a combination of 1 other note that I will post here. the two notes have the combined total of 200K. its just creatively put together all on one note in 1st position and seller is motivated to be done so he can invest in other opportunites. no down pmt but the person making pmts is due a 8K tax credit in which he is obligated to pay 7K to the note holder.
