Land is a city/subdivision lot; Payor profession unknown, but payments have been consistent and on time; the payments are now received by son-in-law after father's death. Proceeds are to be split between 3 children (including him). He is hoping to make back what he spent on the property prior to sale, but would much prefer to sell now and move on. He did not give a specific amount, but I have received an offer for $7100, which he didn't take. He wanted to make "a little more" than that |
