The property was sold below market value, it's actually worth considerably more than the amount cited on this form, because homeowner is an OTR truckdriver and hadn't the time to market the property effectively.Additionally, the property which was his own home, is the same house where his wife died, causing his son to become emotionally unable to continue living there; this seems understandable, given the circumstances.The proceeds are to be used to invest in land. |
