I am a primary reciever of a 2.2 million dollar estate in which I recieve %59.7 of over the term of the trust. The primary means of cash in the estate/trust is 3 annuity checks that are paid monthly in the amount of $30,000. The checks are to be paid for another 7 years, also in the estate is a piece of real property that has a estimated value of $350,000 plus. I am looking to cash out and sign over all intrest in the trust/estate for the right price. I have 2 small kids, a mortgage of $250,000, a car note, daily cost of living etc.. and no means on income untill I finish school. The payments should be resuming in around 3-6 months maybe sooner.
