Added information about your Real Estate Note. IE. Explain why you are selling this note. We bought this as a second property when both my husband and I were working. Now he works in the US and I live in Peru raising our 2 children (don't work). We can not longer afford to make payments. We tried renting it 3 different times but tenants would stop making their payments. We're trying to do the right thing so I think our best bet would be to short sale or deed in lieu but we haven't been successful at them. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
