The form makes it a bit misleading as to what I have. Essentially the note is for the business itself in Sunnyvale, and not the property underlying. The note is secured by a lien against the home in Santa Clara. Payments have been made on time. The amount of installment escalates over the years. 1st year $3544/mo, 2nd yr $5044/mo, 3rd-$5544, 4th-$6044, 5th year- $7544.
