Credit Card Bankruptcy

Simon Volkov

Credit card bankruptcy refers to debtors who have filed for bankruptcy protection due to the inability to repay credit card debt. Experts claim approximately 35-percent of bankruptcy filings are caused by overwhelming credit card debt. Nearly two-thirds of Americans admit their main reason for filing bankruptcy was due to poor money management and misuse of credit cards.

The staggering amount of credit card bankruptcy filings caused Congress to enact new bankruptcy laws in 2005. President Bush signed the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act in order to reduce credit card bankruptcy filings

Inheritance Funding

Simon Volkov

Inheritance funding is a cash advance method available to heirs entitled to assets held in probate. The probate process can suspend distribution of inheritance for months or even years. As long as the decedent executed a Will and family members are in agreement, probate generally takes six to nine months. During this time, all assets are frozen with the exception of a bank account setup to manage outstanding bills and financial obligations.

In order to obtain inheritance funding, heirs must work with either an inheritance funding company or private investor. In the past, some banks and lending institutions provided cash for inheritance loans. With today's credit crisis, few, if any traditional lending sources offer this service.

Foreclosed Homes

Simon Volkov

Are foreclosed homes a smart investment? The answer is a resounding, Yes! But, there are a few catches. First, you need to understand the foreclosure process. Secondly, you need to be able to wait out the housing crisis.

Currently, more than 11,000 million foreclosed homes sit vacant. Nearly every metropolitan city street is peppered with distressed properties in need of repair. The majority of these houses are priced to sell. While purchasing houses under market value is the key to turning a profit, it is of particular importance to thoroughly inspect every inch of foreclosure real estate.

Estate Planning Attorney

Simon Volkov

Hiring an estate planning attorney is a crucial part of developing a plan for what happens to your assets and personal belongings in the event of your death. When people die without executing a Last Will and Testament or arranging a living trust, everything they own is placed into probate.

An estate planning attorney can help you avoid probate by implementing irrevocable life insurance trusts, living trusts, and assigning payable-on-death and transfer-on-death beneficiaries. The probate process can take several months to several years to settle. Without implementing estate planning procedures, all your worldly possessions will be distributed to heirs according to probate laws.

Real Estate Investments

Simon Volkov

Real estate investments are a smart way to enhance your financial portfolio. Before participating in the game of real estate investing it is important to understand the various types of investment opportunities. In order to be successful, careful consideration must be given to the market and the goals you wish to achieve.

While there are numerous real estate investments options, there are only two ways to make money. The first technique involves purchasing real estate such as single dwelling homes, commercial properties or vacant land. These properties can be rented, sold or traded for profit. The second technique involves investing in shares of real estate investment trusts (REIT) or stocks of real estate developers.

Simon Volkov

Inheritance Cash

Simon Volkov

Inheritance cash refers to a cash advance using inheritance held in probate as collateral. When estate assets are held in probate it can take months or years before distribution takes place. Instead of waiting for probate distribution, heirs can sell their pending inheritance in exchange for a lump sum cash payment.

Inheritance cash advances can be obtained through private investors, lenders or other funding sources. Beneficiaries can use the proceeds to pay off credit cards and other outstanding debts; invest in real estate, stocks, bonds, mutual funds and other investment portfolio opportunities; or fund a vacation. Unless the beneficiary has outstanding tax liens, creditor liens or child support, they are free to do whatever they desire with their inheritance cash advance

Bankrupcy

Simon Volkov

Bankrupcy filings are occurring at unprecedented rates. With the ever-growing credit crisis and increased unemployment, many Americans are facing challenging financial times. For many people, bankrupcy is the only alternative to save their home from foreclosure.

There are numerous reasons people file bankrupcy. At the top of the list is subprime lending and lack of adequate health insurance. Chronic illness and mounting medical bills can quickly cause a person to go bankrupt. Other causes of bankruptcy include loss of employment, death of a spouse and living outside your means.

Simon Volkov

Americans are going bankrupt at an unprecedented rate. The failure of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac has set off an avalanche of consumer panic. Unemployment rates are skyrocketing, business doors are closing, consumer spending has hit an all-time low and bankruptcy filings are going through the roof.

It's not only U.S. citizens going bankrupt. It's the entire world economy. Changes need to be made quickly in order to maintain any stability in worldwide markets. Otherwise, the entire global economy will be going bankrupt and we will be in much worse shape than we are now
